Dying tree along electrical right of way should be marked for removal due to regular and dangerous dropping of limbs across electrical lines.

There is currently one large downed limb resting against and over power lines in alley behind 111 W Norwood Ave and 102 W Lancaster Ave. Limb stretches approx 15ft from the ground up to and over power lines.

Second large limb is blocking waste removal access to alleyway. Additional limb and debris removal needed.
