The street lights on Mark Drive and Arthur Avenue in Rocky Point are out. Entering those streets from either direction (Fairway Drive, Hallock Landing Road) at night is like driving into a black hole. I narrowly avoided someone who was dressed in dark clothing and pushing a shopping cart in the street on Mark Dr. The person was invisible until I was fully turned into Mark Drive from southbound Hallock Landing Road. Please repair. Thank you.
