Description

After paying a private contractor to plow, Huntington St near Newhall, the city plows pushed ice/snow along the perimeter of my curb. The ice is blocking the water from draining and is pooling in my driveway. I have gates across the driveway that need to be manually opened and closed and am stepping in ankle deep water as a result of the city’s plows relocating other peoples snow to my curb after having it removed. I am a disabled resident that can not manual move the snow myself. I’m very conserned about this pool icing over and potentially falling trying to open and close my gates. This is a safety issue for me.
