Not sure who to report this to, but I've reported potholes to this site before. Anyway it is a street maintenance issue that is causing a disturbance. The new restaurant across the street (bangkok thai deli) did some pipeline or electrical work on Rice st (south bound) and patched it up but now there is a bump there. The bump is causing vibrations similar to previous potholes around the area. This disturbance is almost unbearable. It's difficult relax and more importantly hard to sleep. Additionally, the support columns in the basement are not the greatest and the vibrations will impact them negatively. Please fix the problem or forward this to the appropriate party. Thank you.
