This has been reported multiple times. The city has stated duraleigh Rd has more traffic than Edwards mill road

No problems have been found with the signal. All detectors are working properly.

the Edwards Mill light at Duraleigh Rd used to allow the parking lot of cars on Edwards Mill Rd between Ed Dr and Duraleigh Rd to pass through the light on Duraleigh Rd. Now less than half the traffic clears and is causing a MAJOR back up down Edwards Mill Rd. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE BACK SO THE TRAFFIC TRAPPED BETWEEN ED DR AND DURALEIGH CAN CLEAR THROUGH THE LGHIT.

The intersection of Edwards Mill and Duraleigh is difficult to manage to the satisfaction of most drivers within the area. In the AM congestion is extremely heavy (commonly at least a half mile) on Edwards Mill, Duraleigh, and Ebenezer Church (see attachment). There's simply not enough lane capacity to accommodate the overwhelming traffic volumes. Numerous timing adjustments have been made within the last year attempting to manage the traffic as evenly and fair as possible. To address this complaint the traffic control staff has added a few more seconds to Edwards Mill for the AM plan which may generate a modest improvement.
