It's almost one year and this property has still not been addressed. Lci rep spoke with concerned second floor tenant. Subsequent tenants have opened complaints about Diamond Property Management. We have our "receipts". Please encourage them to clean this up and attract the right sort of tenants! First floor tenant offered to to the labor if they provide tools. No response. They need swift and consistent encouragement to do the right thing!
