Beschreibung

This is a city property that is surrounded by barbed wire fencing. Somebody, most likely homeless, was seen by my kids slipping through a cut section of the fence. Somebody should investigate the property to make sure nobody is setting up a camp and then secure the fence. My children were disturbed to see somebody coming through with their backpack looking sketchy on our dead-end street where they were playing in our yard.
