There has been activity. The renovations that are going on are going to be a restaurant. I have been in this and inspected the building under the vacant Building ordinance. Currently there are no violations on the property. The owners of the restaurant are hoping to open this fall.

The OGE was using this building until last year for storage of their inventory over flow. that was when the owners of the restaurant started their renovations.

Thanks for the update! Good to know, and a restaurant in that space will be a welcome addition to that part of the street!
