This drain is at the corner of Crestwood Dr & Clayton Rd. The one across the street looks the same as well as the one just west of 3302 Clayton. I clean them periodically since no one else does. Then when the yard waste bag gets full I have to pay my trash hauler to take it away. So, do I ask the city to reimburse me? Do I use this means to notify the city they need cleaned? If I clean the drain can I call the city to pick up the bag? Yes it will have some of my yard waste in the bag. Or should I just ignore the plugged drains? There is a man in our neighborhood who puts his dog doodoo in one of those drains. A medallion needs to be placed on those drains stating NO DUMPING. I placed the debris from one of the corner drains on the small concrete island near the drain because the material was wet and it would stink up my garage if I put it in the bag. I will add it to the bag when it dries out.
