Animal Control please. Nuisance dogs with multiple daily violations of tether law. These pit bulls are put all day every day. No protection from elements. Often no food. They bark and bark. Sometimes when they pull hard they get free and run around the neighborhood, harassing my own children and chickens. The property also has a Jack Russel Terrier that is kept in the house but is turned loose outside rather than walked. My children don't feel safe out in their own yard anymore and in tired of the constant barking when we go outside. I've taken this up with the owners privately too many times and now I'm asking for help.
