For years the Town of Shelton would come and clean up the damages left by the winter snow plows, to the turf, drain and guard rail in our cul-de-sac. Hasn't been done for at least 8 years now ?? As you can see the ground and guard rail are pretty well disrupted and mangled. Is there anything that can be done to at least restore the guard rail and turf ?? Also at one point Aquarion came to fix an issue with the water line for a neighbor. They opened up a hole in the road to get to the valve but never cover it back over ??
