We live at West Of Chestnut, above Fuji on the side facing Hancock street. Several times now we've heard leaf blowers at 1:30am on the sidewalk. I'm not sure if it's the DPW cleaning the sidewalks or what but it wakes us up every time. Considering their are now a number of apartments on this street I would like to think this could be done at a different time to not disturb those sleeping in the middle of the night.
