Descrição
Just past the San Carlos Restaurant but before the law offices, there is a stream of what appears to be an oil-like substance running out onto the street. The discharged has turned the sidewalk brown.
The citizen wishes to remain anonymous but out of curiosity would like to know what the discharge is, and if it has been stopped/cleaned up. You may email Mr. Evangeloer at rogerevangeloer@gmail.com.
