This property was checked within 30 minutes of the report. No vehicles were present when Code Enforcement checked the property.

A message was left for the property manager about this complaint. No tickets were issued because there was no vehicle present. Complaint closed.

I'm guessing they left for work.

clearly, there is evidence for lawn parking (the deep muddy rut). We need a better way to deal with violations like this...makes no sense for code to waste $$ and time chasing cars when the evidence is clear.
