It appears that the City is working on a sidewalk list so Citizens know when their area may be addressed under the Capital plan. Greatly appreciate the work the 10 year capital plan will fund and look forward to it occurring in a timely manner. However, can a citizen patch/fix/repair the sidewalks in front of their home themselves? Just curious if I'm legally allowed to.
