The noise and lights are making it unbearable for residents of 160 Morgan and surrounding buildings - one the residents had to get a hotel room in order to get a restful night's sleep. Ridiculous for families with small children as well.

Hilarious that 160 Morgan is complaining. Some us lived through the same during the construction of 160 Morgan itself. Wait till you have to deal with Morgan Phase 2 and 3 and the MorganPointHotel and eventually Warren&Steuben.

Hardly a constructive comment to make Steuban street. Don't try to denounce the complaints of those affected. It shouldn't be happening full stop outside of the permitted hours. There is nothing hilarious about floodlights being left on all night directed into 160's apartment windows.

This is a problem that affects all of us. Let's figure out a constructive way to make this problem go away.

We've been dealing with this construction company since the last 3 years......and have been fighting it since, and not much has been done.

Please call the JCPD Non emergency line the second you see trucks after 6 pm. They will come and check for permits. JC Construction permits are 7 to 6 only, no exceptions and almost never on the weekends.

Also keep pushing them, specially your management company..... as you have 3 more buildings coming up, which will go for at least another 3 years.

It is my understanding that the late work has stopped. However, please feel free to reopen this request if that is not the case.
