Description
Suggestion - a New Scotland Ave and Hackett Blvd entrance to the hospital as well. Why funnel all cars on those roads to go onto So Manning, along with the busses from Center for Disability and all the parents going to Mercy Day Care. Too much traffic being forced onto one road in a residential neighborhood

Q. What is the damage or issue?
A. This light keeps acting up. No arrow sometimes, didn't change at all for the people sitting next to St. Peter's on So Manning the other day. The amount of traffic due to poorly timed lights all along So Manning and the one entrance to St. Peter's is frustrating. This is a residential neighborhood and traffic should not be backed up all down Hackett, New Scotland, and So. Manning just because of poorly timed lights and one entrance to a busy hospital.

Q. What is the exact location or intersection?
A. The light at St. Peter's and New Scotland. It was broken the other day too, wouldn't change at all for one group of cars. You couldn't use judgement and treat it like a stop sign because of the red light camera. Should be a round about or something else there.
