The straight through westbound light on 68ave at wapiti road did not turn green for at least 3 cycles.

Cycle 1: Both left turns activated, East and westbound straight through did not. There were vehicles on both sides waiting and a pedestrian pushing the button to cross westbound
Cycle 2: Same as cycle 1.
Cycle 3: Eastbound left turn and straight activated, but nothing westbound turned green. There were vehicles waiting to turn left and go straight. The pedestrian was still pushing the button to cross westbound.
