The problem is not at my address, but the address listed. There is a vehicle, belonging to this house, that has been leaking oil since he moved in. He parks in the street and the oil is getting to be a mess. Oil is a pollutant so I thought the city would know the best way to handle this. Our environment does not need more oil being washed or soaked in to our ground or water supply. I can't force him to fix his car, but hopefully the city can stop the pollution. You can see the largest spot , in the attached photo. But, on site you will see the oil leakage is leaving a path across the street where he turns around, every day, and parks on my side when his side is full of his other cars.
