A warning letter was sent to the property owner and the business last month. The store manager and the property owner responded by indicating it was a misunderstanding that they thought they coverings were permitted. We were told that the coverings would be taken down before this week.
The Zoning Administrator reviewed the status of this issue at our Enforcement meeting this week and he authorized the issuance of a Zoning Notice of Violation because the deadline had passed.
We already have an issue reported for this property. We will mark this report as a duplicate of the previous complaint.
