State DOT was out there a few weeks ago and tried to fill the whole area with asphalt and this fix only lasted a few days. They now have created ramps for your car to go up and then down on defective road surface which now spans both lanes. You CANNOT use asphalt to fix concrete problems. They heat and cool at differerent rates forcing the asphalt out of the fix EVERY time.
