If you can provide our District Manager Lt. Jason Minardi (jminardi@newhavenct.gov) with more information, he can forward it to the Narcotics Division. If you can safely identify by race, height, weight, clothing of 'dealer' ... make, model and plate number of car they drive, and time these activities take place, and forward it him it would be extremely helpful and appreciated by NHPD. Also, if you can safely get photos from a safe distance without being noticed and forward them to our District Manager that would also be helpful. We have worked with the NHPD in this manner on Truman Street and have successfully shut down each and every drug house that operated on this street (7 houses over 7 years .. the most recent was last month). It does work, but the NHPD needs to have the input / intel of those that see this activity every day. Contact Lt Minardi (he is a great guy and caring district manager) and set up a meeting with him to discuss the problem, or come out to the Management Team meetings on 3rd Wednesday 6:00pmm at Betsty Ross Magnet School on Kimberly Ave and meet him (and like-minded citizens) there.
