I went to the monthly CMAP meeting this month and brought up alley potholes that are now dangerous and almost impassable. Brought up a question to pave the alleys but there are no funds to fill in the holes let alone pave. a church hill resident worked with her council person and Lucks Stone delivered stone for free (purchased at Lucks) but the neighbors had to lug the stone and spread it themselves. So the "acknowledged" and submitted to agencies for review and "appropriate action" will go nowhere.
