This issue falls under the jurisdiction of Alberta Transportation. Please contact them directly at 780-538-5310. Road maintenance of the by-pass is not the responsibility of The City of Grande Prairie and all reports should go to them directly.

This is on 68th Ave on the way to the O'Brien and Pinnacle subdivisions from 108 street (Wapiti Road). On the other side of the Wapiti from the Eastlink Centre. It is definitely in the city, and a city street!
