Description

Sidewalk was recently patched, and is now breaking apart and becoming a tripping hazard. Needs to be inspected.

Inspected. Concrete sidewalk. Good condition. Slab raised at city tree. Previously patched. We will schedule repair.

Resident called to report that patch material has been pushed up by tree as well. Requests repairs. Also wants to know when tree removal and sidewalk replacement will take place; tentatively scheduled for 2016.
