Water is running off the jobsite into the storm drains at this address. The water resurfaces from an outlet on Pell St., just below its intersection with Person St. The erosion was bad enough to rebuild the sidewalk over a year ago and the 'sewer cam' folks have been out several times. The contractor denies any responsibility but the problem only occurs when work is being done on the jobsite. There have been numerous complaints from several people and there was a rumor that someone was fined but that obviously hasn't solved the problem.

Is there a 'hotline' so a photo could be sent when the water is actually being released?
