This was reported over a month ago! All the traffic light work on Washington Avenue has been completed, but this "frame" of a sign still sits there! And what were sand bags holding it down are all torn up and 50 pounds of sand is still all over the sidewalk...
DGS, Traffic Engineering, instead of waiting a month to acknowledge this SeeClickFix, how about you CLEAN IT UP!!! ASAP, you, the City, are contributing to the decline of the quality of life in this neighborhood... There is also an old sign IFO the Russian Church @ 281 Washington Avenue that is in the same state of disrepair, with broken sand bags all over the sidewalk... Please remove and clean up the mess on the sidewalk...

As stated, this is just a frame, there is no sign, just a metal frame, and it's been there since last year... All the work along Washington Ave has been completed... Thanks for your contribution to the decline of the quality of life in this neighborhood...
