The owner of this property does not care about the tenants that live here. There is a high tenant turnover and these tenants generally have many kids that destroy the neighborhood. There are young people hanging on the porch all hours of the day and night and they pretty much destroy the property next door. They've torn down the railing that separates the two porches and have not respect for the other neighbors.
