The street light at the corner of Snake Alley and Lily Street, between 11 and 13 Lily Street, is usually dark. It cycles, but very infrequently. Walkers come down the steps from Academy Hill in the dark, and they do not realize when they are in the middle of Lily Street in the dark. This light should not cycle off.
