  terrible street, potholes, trash, Parking on sidewalk, blocked sidewalks, (Jack Conway real estate) is the worst of them all on the corner of Beal & N. Central. my post about them was closed by a visitor, problem still persists.

  I've seen this toilet too, it wasn't so bad when it was covered with snow!

  @Katie Conso, don't encourage them by spending our tax dollars to remove something that is prohibited to be disposed of with residential trash. Just leave it there till they get sick of it and take care of it themselves. Maybe some scavenger will see it and come get it.

  I have also notified Inspectional Services whom have send out an inspector to advise the resident and let them know how to dispose of the toilet properly.

  Someone solved the issue. They placed the toilet in a black trash bag. It's magic! Not a toilet anymore, just regular household trash... Some one may want to warn the trash removal employees to be careful and not hurt themselves trying to pick it up. Better yet, they should leave it...
