Good afternoon,
We purchased our house 3 years ago and have had sewage/water seeping problems since we have moved in. Can you please verify if there were prior issues on our street or on our property that would cause this?

We had similar problems and actually just fixed this last summer. Ended up being the builder of the home that had to come and fix. The weeping tile intake to the house was concreted over so no water was draining into the sump, thus seeping into the basement.
I would contact your builder. Ours was Eagle Homes.
This would have nothing to do with road drainage.
