Yes, and tenants in buildings owned/managed by Pike International are always leaving large pieces furniture out on the curb, when they need to arrange for bulk trash pick up. Pike should do a better job of either picking these up, or informing their tenants that this practice is unacceptable!
At 12:20 p.m. today LCI Neighborhood Specialist spoke with the property manager at Pike for this property and he stated it was cleaned up on Monday, February 1, 2016. Neighborhood Specialist will go by the property to verify.
LCI Neighborhood Specialist went to 101 Dwight Street on 2/3/16 at 3:15 p.m. and the loose trash was removed from the treebelt area. A voice message was left for the property manager regarding the trash totters and recycling bins to be put back on the side/and or in back of the house after they are emptied by the City.
