Still no action on this. Does anyone know if National Grid has a number to call?

Still hanging, been almost a year now.... No one seems to care.

That thing has been there way longer than a year (it seems) the wire has grown straight through it.

So who is going to take responsibility and remove it before it falls on someone?

It appears the sticks have actually grown through the wire, so it's not going to "Fall" on someone, even if it does fall it is not very large. Although, as I stated above, it's been up there forever, through high winds, hail, snowstorms, etc....and has not fallen. Perhaps you should call National Grid about it's removal.
