Just avoided a 3 way head-on as the light changed green for Chestnut, the light facing Main suddenly turned green as well. Luckily no accident.

Why don't we just get rid of the light in the first place?
It serves only a few businesses on the river side, and a one way road on the other, that I imagine is only "busy" when Williams' Church gets out, if that... yes, it also serves the Big Y shopping center, but it's not like they don't have enough other exits to use. And there is another light barely two hundred feet past on Main Street (for Father Salemi Dr). More than once I've gotten stuck at both - and of course, there was one car (or none) at this light in particular. Hardly worth making "Main Street" traffic stop.
Turn Bishop Williams Ct to one way in the other direction (away from this light) and get rid of this light.
