Unfortunately nothing can be done until habitat hands it over to the city. You could always call cpd when people are parked there.

Yes. Tony and Tamika are correct. Habitat does not care! The illegal parking at the end of the street, where its suppose to be used as a turn around area and the heavy loitering has turned this development into the ghetto projects. Dont buy a home here! You will regret it. Habitat should give up their HOA duties for a real HOA to come through thats serious when Habitat isnt. They know how to build houses and not manage HOAs. What a joke.
