There was a disconnect with the Dominion Virginia Power feed to the Overbrook Substation and Church Hill Substation which affected all of the streetlights on the North Side and Church Hill areas of Richmond. The issues have since been resolved; however, if you continue to have street lighting issues feel free to open another ticket. Thank you.
