Sharraxaadda

There is an overgrowing hedge that is growing into the sidewalk that is limiting the ability of pedestrians to pass each other. Hard to pass wheelchairs or walk side by side anyone and have to walk into muddy easement or road which is dangerous. It is on the side with the parking lot.
