This deli not only sells food but also those nice large 40 ounces of beer. It won't be such an issue if the patrons of Non-Stop Deli won't relieve themselves on 29th Street especially in front of residential homes where there are children. Please help the residents of 29th Street by Non-Stop Deli.

As some of you may or may not be aware, the non-stop deli's liquor license is up for transfer -- this means that the Non-Stop is likely selling the building, contingent upon the liquor license being successfully transferred. ANY resident within 500 feet of the property can intervene in the transfer application to voice concerns over the property. I have already reached out to Senator Farnese's office to see if they can slow the process down or intervene.
I encourage EVERY person who has dealt with the nuisance of Non-Stop Deli over the years to intervene and/or call Senator Farnese and Rep. Brownlee about the transfer of the liquor license.
NOTE: the transfer of the liquor license will be approved and based upon the NEW potential owner -- NOT NON-STOP DELI. However, we want to be SURE that whoever is coming in, isn't going to be operating the same or similar type of business. The transfer can be denied OR it can be conditionally approved -- and here is where community intervention and input is extremely valuable.
