Description
The crosswalks on 129 Ave leading out of Maude Cliford school are not properly marked. People are always parking across the crosswalk by the comminity mailbox to check their mail or drop their kids off for school. In the process blocking access to the crosswalk, and cutitng off peoples visibiltiy when they try to cross the street. The city needs to properly paint markings and put up proper signage on these crosswalks, before someone gets hurt.

There are signs installed and crosswalks are painted according to Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD); no alterations will be made to this site.
Reports of citizens parking on this crosswalk can be made to Enforcement Services @ (780) 830-5790.

The crosswalk you are talking about isn't currently a crosswalk since this is determined to be a low traffic volume area.
I have assigned this issue to Engineering so they are aware of your request to have a crosswalk installed and they can evaluate this further.
I thank you for your patience in my confusion with this location and appreciate further patience as Engineering takes time to investigate your request.
Thank you,
Transportation Services
