No parking signs have been placed on music circle east. This street was a common street for the construction workers to park. Since the signs have been placed, the construction parking has moved to the streets of Hawkins and Sigler. The streets are flooded with construction crew members parking there in the mornings. This has created a shortage of parking for the citizens that live in the area.
