Sharraxaadda

At the corner of Surfside Road and Sparks Ave, on the same area where the Big Tree is next to the high school, there's at least 2 recently planted trees. Considering the drought we're in and the fact they've (never?) been watered, the trees are dying. Can they be bermed and watered?
