The lights at the Randall Rec center turn on automatically every night matter if anyone is using the field or not. This seems like a waste of our tax dollars as well as causes excess wear for the bulbs.

答 The field lights at the Randall Rec center stay on every night no matter if anyone is using the field or not. This is a waste of taxpayer dollars and causes extra wear on the bulbs when they aren't needed.
