Are the trees that need trimming on the City of Richmond property or on the residence property for both of the addresses mentioned? If these are City of Richmond trees then the City of Richmond would need to forward a request to our Urban Forestry Division but if the trees are on private property for both of these addresses then the City of Richmond would forward a request to our Code Enforcement Division for both of the addresses.
