Description
Since grass was planted on Semmes Ave., it is overtaken by weeds. The mediam strips are actually an eye sore due to lack of weed control. The city will come and mow but as you know, weeds grow back much faster than grass. It would be lovely if Semmes Ave. mediam strips were as nice as Midlothian Turnpike once you enter Chesterfield. There are obviously some landscape issues the City of Richmond needs to address.
