The owner of this rental property is a slum lord. They won't cut their lawn/weeds ever. The owner does not live on the property and uses a management company for to rent the property. It's really sad that we have to look at this unkempt property daily. It's also an embarrassment to our community in Woodland Heights.

Can someone please remove the large amount of yard waste from my in front of my home. Its mostly from the recent storm. Too much to carry to the rear of my home so we piled it all up and left it close to the sidewalk. Again, there is quit a bit so the sooner its removed the better. I will also call to make a verbal request since this is a urgent matter.
Thank you City of Richmond -:)

There's a large mattress that was left by tenants over a month ago. It is sitting beside the trashcans in the alleyway behind 2617 Semmes Ave., between W26th St and W27 St. It is full of bugs!

The median strip along Semmes Ave. has not been maintained in a while. The grass is over 3 ft in some areas. It is also in need of mulch around many of the trees.

Weeds have grown into trees in yard. Snakes have been seen in area.

Since grass was planted on Semmes Ave., it is overtaken by weeds. The mediam strips are actually an eye sore due to lack of weed control. The city will come and mow but as you know, weeds grow back much faster than grass. It would be lovely if Semmes Ave. mediam strips were as nice as Midlothian Turnpike once you enter Chesterfield. There are obviously some landscape issues the City of Richmond needs to address.
