Description

I previously reported this because the crossing signals have all been covered. The response from the city was that these were not ready to be put in use, however, they were previously working and I do not see any sort of construction or work going on here. What I do see is people having a difficult time crossing these roads on foot. This is very dangerous. What exactly is being done at this intersection?
