Description
Ordered shut by the City 5 years ago, business is ever increasing, taking over the adjacent property. Who enables the breaking of the Law? Why is the City order to close this place not being enforced? Why are these people getting away with breaking the Law every day? 5 years of continuous operation after being ordered close has to be a new record for bureaucrats. Who is getting money to keep this open?
Why do these people not have to obey the Law like the rest of Canadians?
Apparently you can break the Law every day if you have enough money.

On top of that, the adjacent building, #12, is now also being used.
So, not only do they continue to operate illegally, since the City does absolutely nothing about it, let's buy the building next door and make the place even bigger.
What a joke the Bylaw Enforcement and Authorities are. Is it run by children? Or, Who is paying whom to let this go on?
Furthermore, does this encourage other illegal business in the area to do the same? Well, have a look around, you'll see what i mean." Massage" parlours anyone?

Money talks and the law doesn't matter to those who have enough money.
