Update from Right of Way Inspector Sharon Hamilton:
The abandon news box in this complaint is owned by Apartment Living Guide. Today I contacted responsible party for Apartment Living Guide, and he will issue a work order to remove this box off of the city right-of-way at 20 – 40 East Tenth Street as soon as possible. I will monitor the complaint until news box is removed off the right-of-way.
