Please address this. The mattresses are blocking the building's fire escape and attracting rats, ants, and other pests. There are 6 or 7 of them and they've been there for 3 months now

Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations found on this property at this time. The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.

Did the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector go into the alley behind the building? Because that's where the mattresses are, and they're all still there - attracting pests and blocking the back entrance to the building.
