First reported May 2023 or earlier. One year later, this dog is still roaming in all neighbor yards, leaving feces and urine. This issue was never resolved.

EVERY DAY, multiple times a day, 1227 leaves their dog out in the street. They open the front door. Dog wanders, pees, poops in everyone’s yard. Not a mean dog, but does bark at us when walking or jogging. The way that people fly down Normandy, we’re more concerned with the dog’s safety than her being a menace. Backyard is fenced in, and it is incredibly irresponsible for them to let the dog out like this, in the street. Traffic on Normandy is also unsafe for this animal.
